KH Nursing Services becomes in some ways a Case Manager between the patient and the product.  This has been our philosophy since Day 1 and still holds true even after training patients on dozens of drugs and devices.  As soon as we are notified that a patient needs an education visit, we will contact them to see if they have received their medication. If yes, we promptly plan a visit.  If not, we continue to follow-up with the patient and work to make sure they receive the medication promptly.
